Why do we have an HOA?
HOAs exist to enhance the appearance of a neighborhood. The HOA Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the Bylaws and Covenants on file with the City of Stillwater are followed. The Bylaws and Covenants cover everything from the HOA Board, building requirements and outbuilding specifications to livestock, property up keep, solar panels, and home business restriction. Copies of these documents are available on under Covenants & Maps for your review before purchase or construction begins.

How do I pay dues?
Current dues are $360 due January 1 with late fees charged on February 15th. Send check or cashiers check to 424 South Westpark Court, Stillwater, OK 74074 or $372 for Venmo to cover service fees. After Feb 15th, include a $30 late fee.
Hand delivery of cash is accepted at remittance address by appointment. (405) 372-2040
