HOAs exist to enhance the appearance of a neighborhood. The HOA Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the Bylaws and Covenants on file with the City of Stillwater are followed. The Bylaws and Covenants cover everything from the HOA Board, building requirements and outbuilding specifications to livestock, property up keep, solar panels, and home business restriction. Copies of these documents are available on under Covenants & Maps for your review before purchase or construction begins.

2025 HOA dues were $360 cash/check or $372 card/e-pay and due January 1 with late fees charged on February 15th.
After Feb 15th, a $30 late fee should be included; $390 cash/check or $403 card/e-pay.
