May 4, 2026 the City of Stillwater approved the Platt for the 6th Section for Ideal Homes, Agenda item 4.j. CC-26-79.
Ideal Home is responsible for the area.
If you have concerns, please call Ideal Homes or the City of Stillwater

Outbuildings must meet the Covenants and the City Codes and must be approved by the HOA Board.
Damage to the common area will be repaired by the homeowner or the HOA will repair and bill the homeowner. The Board suggest adding repair coverage to your contractor agreement.
